摘　　要：在我国的科技体制改革过程中,有效做好科技查新工作是其中的关键所在,也是十分关键的环节。因此在农业科技查新方面要切实强化,严格按照国家的相关规定和法律程序有序进行,进而充分体现其作用和效能。在农业科技查新过程中,要充分利用好农业院校图书馆的优势和作用,进而在实践的过程中充分体现出农业院校图书馆的地位和作用,为农业科技查新工作取得更加良好的效果提供必要的支持。基于此,本文重点分析农业院校图书馆在农业科技查新中的地位和作用以及发展策略等相关内容。In the process of China's science and technology system reform,the effective work of science and technology search is one of the key,is also a very key link.Therefore,in the aspect of agricultural science and technology novelty search,it should be strengthened and carried out in an orderly manner in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and legal procedures,so as to fully reflect its role and efficiency.In the process of agricultural science and technology novelty search,it is necessary to make full use of the advantages and functions of agricultural university library,and then fully reflect the status and functions of agricultural university library in the process of practice,so as to provide necessary support for agricultural science and technology novelty search work to achieve better results.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of the position and role of agricultural university library in agricultural science and technology search and development strategies and other related content.
