摘 要:若油田排放的污水内含油,则会通过渗透原理对地下水产生污染。为此,针对原油集输脱水处理过程污水除油措施展开研究。结合超声-汽浮法,分析功率强度、频率、反应器结构等因素对超声波空化作用产生的影响。为提高空化效果,构建空化泡运动方程,得到不同液体介质在超声波作用下的位移计算公式,实现水油有效分离。然后设置气泡尺寸、气水比等工艺参数,选取助凝剂、调节剂等相关药剂,确保分散油粘附在气泡附近,促使净化水从反应容器底部流出。实验证明了超声波污水除油的有效性。The sewage discharged from oilfield contains oil will pollute the groundwater by osmosis principle.Therefore,the measures for removing oil from wastewater in the process of crude oil gathering and transportation dehydration are studied.The influence of power intensity,frequency and reactor structure on ultrasonic cavitation was analyzed with ultrasonic float method.In order to improve the cavitation effect,the cavitation bubble motion equation was constructed,and the displacement calculation formula of different liquid media under the action of ultrasonic wave was obtained to realize the effective separation of water and oil.The study set the bubble size,gas-water ratio and other technological parameters,select coagulant aid,regulator and other related agents to ensure that the dispersed oil adhesion near the bubble and promote the purification water from the bottom of the reaction vessel flow.The experiment proves the effectiveness of ultrasonic sewage oil removal.
