摘　　要：目的探讨外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)及单核细胞/HDL-C比值(MHR)与阵发性心房颤动(房颤)射频消融术后复发的关系。方法回顾性分析首次行射频消融术的150例阵发性房颤患者的临床资料,分析NLR及MHR与阵发性房颤术后复发的关系。结果术后患者随访(18±10)个月。随访期间,43例(28.7%)房颤复发(复发组),107例(71.3%)未复发(未复发组)。复发组左心房内径(LAD)、房颤病程、中性粒细胞计数、单核细胞计数、NLR、MHR均高于未复发组(P<0.05),而淋巴细胞计数和LDL-C低于未复发组(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,LAD增大、NLR升高和MHR升高是阵发性房颤射频消融术后复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 NLR和MHR升高是阵发性房颤射频消融术后复发的危险因素。Objective To investigate the relationships of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) and monocyte to high-density lipoprotein ratio(MHR) with the recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF) after radiofrequency ablation.Methods The clinical data of 150 patients with PAF underwent radiofrequency ablation for the first time were retrospectively analyzed.The relationships of NLR and MHR with postoperative recurrence of PAF were analyzed.Results The patients were followed up for(18±10) months, during which 43 cases(28.7%,group A) were with recurrence of PAF and 107 cases(71.3%,group B) were without recurrence of PAF.Left atrial diameter(LAD),course of PAF,neutrophil count, monocyte count, NLR and MHR in group A were higher, while lymphocyte count and LDL-C were lower significantly than those in group B(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that longer LAD,higher NLR and higher MHR were the independent risk factors for the recurrence of PAF after radiofrequency ablation(P<0.05).Conclusion Higher NLR and higher MHR are the risk factors for the recurrence of PAF after radiofrequency ablation.
