摘  要:[目的/意义]探究高校图书馆在支持学校“引才”和“育才”工作中可提供的决策支持服务,为图书馆在学校人力资源项目中的服务工作提供新思路。[方法/过程]以东北林业大学图书馆为学校人力资源项目提供决策支撑服务的实践为例,从数据及技术角度,探讨利用客观多元的科研数据和自建机构知识库对论文、专利等多种科研产出进行分类和分领域揭示和评价,并从人才引进完整生命周期角度,跟踪并量化人才引进成效。[结果/结论]高校图书馆可以在学校的人力资源管理中发挥支撑作用,为学校精准引智育才提供决策参考。这项工作表明图书馆在向知识服务、情报服务转变中大有作为。[Purpose/significance]This paper explores the decision-making support services that university libraries can provide in supporting the work of"introduction"and"education"of school talents to offer new ideas for library services in school human resource projects.[Method/process]Taking the practice of Northeast Forestry University Library providing decision support services for school human resource projects as an example,from the perspective of data and technology,this paper discussed the use of objective and diversified scientific research data and self-built institutional repositories to classify,reveal and evaluate papers,patents and other scientific research outputs according to fields.This paper also tracked and quantified the effectiveness of talent introduction from the perspective of the whole life cycle of talent introduction.[Result/conclusion]University libraries can play a supporting role in the school human resource management,and provide a decision-making reference for the school to accurately introduce talents and educate talents.This work shows that libraries have bright prospects in the transformation to knowledge service and information service.
