摘 要:电火花沉积材料的过渡形式、过渡形态、结合过程等对沉积的效率、稳定性及沉积层质量有重要影响。为了探究电火花沉积的熔滴转移过程,建立了电火花沉积两极间熔滴过渡的仿真模型,模拟了电极表面熔融液滴变形及脱落的过渡过程,分析了过渡过程中熔滴的形态变化、压力分布及流动趋势。结果表明:熔融电极材料在重力、表面张力及等离子流力的作用下向基体过渡;表面张力加剧了熔滴颈部收缩,促进了熔滴脱落;下落过程中,熔滴形状向扁平的椭圆形转变。The transfer mode,shape and bonding process of materials in electrospark deposition have an important impact on deposition efficiency,deposition stability and coating quality.In order to explore the droplet transfer process of electrospark deposition,a simulation model of droplet transfer between two electrodes of electrospark deposition was established.The transition process of droplet deformation and shedding on the electrode surface was simulated,and the droplet shape change,pressure distribution and flow trend during the transition process were analyzed.The results show that the molten electrode material transits to the matrix under the action of gravity,surface tension and plasma flow force.Surface tension intensifies the shrinkage of droplet neck and promotes the shedding of droplet.During the falling process,the shape of the droplet changes to a flat oval shape.
