摘 要:窗饰喷涂废水COD和氨氮含量较高,以某企业60 m^(3)/d污水处理项目为例,对不同工艺废水采用物化方法(Fenton氧化、中和、混凝沉淀)分质预处理后,利用水解酸化+接触氧化+MBR工艺处理综合废水。实验结果表明,Fenton氧化工艺最佳运行条件为H_(2)O_(2)投加量为80 mL/L,n(H_(2)O_(2))/n(Fe^(2+))为3∶1,初始pH为3.0,反应时间为80 min。近1 a的工程运行结果表明:物化预处理工艺段对废水中COD的去除率可达40%,有效降低了生物处理工艺的负荷,整个工艺处理出水COD低于200 mg/L,氨氮低于20 mg/L,出水水质达到接管要求,污水处理系统运行成本为19.63元/m^(3)。The window trim spraying wastewater has the characteristics of high concentration of COD and ammonia nitrogen.Taking a 60 m^(3)/d wastewater treatment project as example,separate physicochemical pretreatment(Fenton oxidation,neutralization,coagulation sedimentation)process was adopted to treat production wastewater,and hydrolytic acidification+contact oxidation+MBR process were used to treat comprehensive wastewater.The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions for Fenton oxidation method were as follows:the dosage of H_(2)O_(2)80 mL/L,n(H_(2)O_(2))/n(Fe^(2+))3∶1,the initial pH 3.0,and the reaction time 80 minutes.The engineering operation results in the past one year had shown that the removal rate of COD in wastewater by physicochemical pretreatment process could reach 40%,which effectively reduced the load of biological treatment process.The effluent COD was less than 200mg/L and ammonia nitrogen was less than 20 mg/L.The effluent quality met the requirements of drain connection standard.The operating cost of the wastewater treatment system was 19.63 yuan/m^(3).
