摘 要:随着新能源电力的发展,燃煤发电机组运行负荷持续降低,火电机组参与深度调峰,已成为燃煤电厂灵活性调节的重要技术难题。针对超临界600 MW空冷机组,通过试验分析了不同机组负荷下的调峰性能指标。结果表明:机组负荷由50%额定负荷降至40%时,机组绝对电效率由41.31%降至41.16%,发电标准煤耗由325.52g/(kW·h)升高到328.77 g/(kW·h);机组深度调峰至30%额定负荷时,机组绝对电效率降至37.84%,发电标准煤耗升高到359.83 g/(kW·h)。试验对比分析发现,机组由40%负荷继续向下深度调峰时,机组效率显著降低,热耗率大幅增加,运行热经济性明显变差。研究结果可为燃煤机组深度调峰运行优化提供参考。With the development of new energy power,the operation load of coal-fired generating units continues to decrease.Deep peak shaving of thermal power units has become an important technical problem for flexibility adjustment of coal-fired power plants.The peak load regulation performance indexes at different loads of a supercritical 600 MW air-cooled unit are experimentally analyzed.The results show that,when the unit load was reduced from 50%of the rated load to 40%of the rated load,the absolute electrical efficiency of the unit reduced from 41.31%to 41.16%,and the standard coal consumption for power generation increased from 325.52 g/(kW·h)to 328.77 g/(kW·h).When the unit was deeply adjusted to 30%of the rated load,the absolute electrical efficiency of the unit dropped to 37.84%,and the standard coal consumption for power generation rose to 359.83 g/(kW·h).Comparative analysis indicates that,when the unit was further adjusted downward from 40%load,the efficiency of the unit significantly decreased,the heat consumption rate of the unit increased greatly and the operating thermal economy of the unit significantly reduced.The investigation can provide a reference for the economic operation of the units’deep peak regulation.
