摘　　要：简单介绍了高压静电涂装工艺,详细论述了高压静电涂装经典工艺流程,包括表面处理、覆蔽、涂装、固化、清理覆蔽、检验等工序,研究了影响高压静电涂装的主要因素,粉末高压静电涂装工艺可以促进产品的高质量生产。This paper introduces the high pressure electrostatic coating process, discusses the classic process of high pressure electrostatic coating, including surface treatment, covering, coating, curing, cleaning covering, inspection and other processes, the study of the main factors affecting the high pressure electrostatic coating, powder high pressure electrostatic coating process can promote the production of high quality products.
