基于“互联网+”应用下信息化管理在脑卒中患者居家延续护理的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究基于“互联网+”应用下信息化管理在脑卒中患者居家延续护理中的效果。方法将江门市中心医院2019年1月—2020年6月收治的脑卒中患者98例纳入研究,随机均分为干预组(n=49)和对照组(n=49),对照组行常规健康教育及随访管理方式干预,干预组在此基础上行基于“互联网+”应用下信息化管理干预。比较2组干预前后自我管理能力、血脂指标(LDL-C、HDL-C、TG、TC)水平及生活质量变化。结果干预前,2组自我管理能力评分、血脂指标(LDL、HDL、TG、TC)水平和各维度生活质量评分对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,2组自我管理能力评分、HDL-C水平、躯体功能、心理功能均较干预前显著升高,且干预组较对照组更高(P<0.05),2组LDL-C、TG及TC水平均较干预前显著降低,且干预组较对照组更低(P<0.05),2组社会功能、物质生活功能评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”的信息化管理应用于脑卒中患者的居家延续护理干预中,能有效提升自我管理能力,促进血脂水平和生活质量的改善。Objective To explore the application effect of information management in home extended nursing of stroke patients based on Internet plus.Methods 98 patients with stroke in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into intervention group(n=49)and control group(n=49).The control group received routine health education and follow-up management intervention.The intervention group was based on the Internet plus application of information management intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-management ability,blood lipid indexes(LDL-C,HDL-C,TG,TC)and quality of life of the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-management ability,HDL-C level and quality of life(physical function and psychological function)of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of LDL-C,TG and TC of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life(social function,material life function)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Internet plus based information management is applied in the home extended nursing intervention for stroke patients,which can effectively enhance the self-management ability of patients,and promote the improvement of blood lipid level and quality of life of patients.
