摘　　要：物流行业中,物流公司为了实时掌握公司的运行状况,会对影响公司运行的一些关键指标进行监控,例如就仓库方面的关键控制指标有仓库库存能力等,财务指标有营业收入等。本文通过对公司运营的关键指标"车辆完好率"和"车辆利用率"在W第三方物流公司的应用研究和探讨,为物流行业的车辆运行质量和效率提供行之可效的操作步骤和流程。In the logistics industry, logistics companies will monitor some key indicators affecting the operation of the company in order to master the operation status of the company in real time, such as warehouse inventory capacity, which is the key control indicator in the warehouse aspect, and operating revenue in the aspect offinancial indicators. Through the application research and discussion on the application of the key indicators, namely "vehicle intact rate" and "vehicle utilization rate", of the company’s operation in W third-party logistics company, this paper provides effective operation steps and processes for the vehicle operation quality and efficiency of the logistics industry.
