摘  要:以操作简单的喷涂方式,将二氧化硅(SiO_(2))纳米粒子喷涂在聚氨酯(PU)表面形成了双层结构超疏水涂层。对所制备的涂层表面形貌特征、化学成分和润湿性能进行了表征分析,自主设计并搭建了减阻测试平台(旋转粘度计测试仪),借助此平台研究了不同壁温条件下超疏水涂层的减阻效果。研究表明,制备的超疏水涂层接触角为157.9°,滚动角为1°,且该涂层具有良好的自清洁性能。超疏水涂层经加热处理后转矩明显下降,在壁温达到50℃时,减阻率最高可达100%。本实验制备的超疏水涂层微纳米粗糙结构中捕获的空气将固液摩擦转化为阻力更小的气液摩擦,且通过升高壁温进一步提升了超疏水涂层减阻性能。此研究可能为超疏水减阻性能研究提供更加广阔的思路。A double-layer superhydrophobic coating was formed by spraying silicon dioxide(SiO_(2))nanoparticles on PU surface in a simple way.The surface morphology,chemical composition and wettability of the prepared coating were characterized and analyzed,and a drag reduction test platform(rotary viscometer tester)was designed and built independently.With this platform,the drag reduction ef fect of the superhydrophobic coating under dif ferent wall temperatures was studied.The results show that the contact angle of the superhydrophobic coating is 157.9°and the rolling angle is 1°,and the superhydrophobic coating has good selfcleaning performance.The torque of the superhydrophobic coating decreases obviously after heating,and the drag reduction rate reaches 100%when the wall temperature reaches 50℃.The air captured in the micro nano rough structure of the superhydrophobic coating prepared in this experiment converts the solid-liquid friction into gas-liquid friction with less resistance,and further improves the drag reduction performance of the superhydrophobic coating by increasing the wall temperature.This study may provide a broader idea for the study of superhydrophobic drag reduction performance.
