摘 要:分别对PP、PP-TD10、PP-TD20、PP-TD30、PP-TD40体系进行不同温度(-40、-30、23、60、80、100、120℃)的弯曲性能研究。研究表明,随着温度的降低,聚丙烯复合材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量不断增加,另外随着填充比例的增加复合材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量也不断上升。以23℃为基准,PP-TD20的复合材料在-40℃的弯曲强度保持率达244.7%、弯曲模量保持率达252.9%,120℃的弯曲强度保持率达22.8%、弯曲模量保持率达14.5%。该文对不同温度下的改性聚丙烯进行弯曲性能的研究,对汽车行业用改性聚丙烯有着重要的指导意义。This article has mainly studied the fl exural properties of PP、PP-TD10、PP-TD20、PP-TD30 and PP-TD40 systems at dif ferent temperatures(-40,-30,23,60,80,100,120℃).Studies have shown that as the temperature decreases,the fl exural strength and fl exural modulus of polypropylene composites continue to increase,and as the fi lling ratio increases,the fl exural strength and fl exural modulus of composites also continue to increase.Based on 23℃,the fl exural strength retention rate of PP-TD20 composite material at-40℃reached 244.7%,the fl exural modulus retention rate reached 252.9%,the fl exural strength retention rate at 120℃reached 22.8%,and the flexural modulus retention rate reached 14.5%.In this paper,the research on the flexural properties of modified polypropylene at different temperatures has important guiding significance for the automotive modified polypropylene industry.
