摘  要:通过设计不同助剂配方对煤基等规聚丙烯进行改性,探讨了三种不同助剂的用量对聚丙烯光学、力学和热学性能的影响。结果表明,不同助剂用量对聚丙烯的改性作用明显,适宜的助剂用量能加快晶体的结晶速度,提高试样的透明度,改善其力学性能,但助剂的添加量过大则会不利于聚丙烯的耐热性能提高。The coal-based isotactic polypropylene was modified by designing different additive formulations,and the influence of the amount of three different additives on the optical,mechanical and thermal properties of polypropylene was discussed.The results show that different additive dosages have obvious modification effects on polypropylene,and the appropriate amount of additives can speed up the crystallization speed of crystals,increase the transparency of the samples,and improve the mechanical properties of the samples.However,adding too much additive is not conducive to the improvement of the heat resistance of polypropylene.
