摘 要:钢渣具有过高的膨胀性限制其使用,醋酸改性可解决钢渣膨胀率过高的问题,但醋酸酸性环境会降低钢渣表面的碱性,势必会改变改性钢渣与沥青的粘附性。为了准确评价改性钢渣与沥青的粘附性能,选用像素法评价改性钢渣与沥青的粘附性,这种方法避免了传统目测法只能定性评价钢渣骨料粘附性带来的问题。结果表明:目测法在10%、30%剥落面积界限判定时会出现失误,整体失误率在30%~40%左右;醋酸改性能增加钢渣表面的微小孔隙,提高钢渣与沥青的物理吸附作用,但其效果明显低于沥青与钢渣中碱性物质形成的化学粘结力;考虑到实际需要,建议在拌制沥青混合料时加入抗剥落剂。The high expansion of steel slag restricts its use.The problem of high expansion rate of steel slag can be solved by acetic acid modification.However,the acid environment of acetic acid will reduce the alkalinity of steel slag surface,which is bound to change the adhesion between modified steel slag and asphalt.In order to accurately evaluate the adhesion property of modified steel slag and asphalt,the pixel method is used to evaluate the adhesion property of modified steel slag and asphalt.This method avoids the problem that the traditional visual method can only qualitatively evaluate the adhesion property of steel slag aggregate.The results show that the visual method will make mistakes when determining the boundary of 10%and 30%spalling area,and the overall error rate is about 30%~40%.The physical adsorption between steel slag and asphalt can be improved by increasing the micro pores on the surface of steel slag with acetic acid modification,but the effect is obviously lower than the chemical bonding force between asphalt and steel slag formed by alkaline substances.Considering the actual needs,it is suggested to add anti-stripping agent when mixing asphalt mixture.
