热循环对电气接续材料长期连接性能的影响

摘  要:随着我国的整体用电量不断的上升,部分输电线路出现满负荷甚至过负荷运行的状况,这样的工况就对输电线路长期安全工作带来了严峻的考验。该文采用GB/T 9327-2008中的A类短路实验和B类热循环实验对铝制接续金具和自制的铝合金接续金具的线路运行情况进行了分析和对比。实验结果表明,在B类热循环实验条件下,两种接续金具的性能差异不大,但是在A类短路实验条件下,接续金具内部的压应力要明显高于热循环实验,铝合金接续金具相对铝制接续金具具有更好的抗蠕变性能。With overall electricity consumption continues to rise,some transmission lines run under full load or even overload,which brings a severe test to the long-term safety of transmission lines.In this paper,the line operation of aluminum fittings and selfmade aluminum alloy fittings are analyzed and compared by class A short circuit test and class B thermal cycle test in GB/T 9327-2008.The experimental results show that under the condition of thermal cycle experiment,the performance of the two kinds of fittings is not significantly different,but under the condition of short circuit experiment,the internal compressive stress of the fitting is significantly higher than that of the thermal cycle experiment.The aluminum alloy fitting has better creep resistance than the aluminum fitting.
