摘  要:建立了检测阿莫西林钠原料药中二乙胺、三乙胺的离子色谱法。色谱柱为Dionex CS17(250×4mm),流动相为6mmol·L^(-1)甲磺酸,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),进样量为25μL,柱温为35℃,检测方式为抑制电导检测。结果表明:二乙胺和三乙胺的质量浓度线性范围分别为0.015~19.85μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998)和0.051~20.49μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为99.20%和100.93%,RSD分别为0.41%和1.05%。本实验为阿莫西林钠原料药中二乙胺、三乙胺的检测提供了简便有效方法。An ion chromatography method was established for the determination of diethylamine and triethylamine in amoxicillin sodium.The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Dionex CS17 column(250×4 mm)with a mobile phase of 6mmol·L^(-1) MSA at 35℃,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^(-1),the injection was 25μL,the detection method is suppressed conductivity detection.The results showed that the linear range were 0.015~19.85μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998)for diethylamine,0.051~20.49μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998)for triethylamine.The average recoveries(n=9)of precision were 99.20%(RSD=0.41%)and 100.93%(RSD=1.05%).The experiment provide an simple and effective method that can be used to detect of diethylamine and triethylamine in amoxicillin sodium.
