摘 要:涡轮增压器是利用发动机排出的高温废气,驱动涡轮机中的涡轮旋转,涡轮轴带动压气机中的叶轮高速旋转,以离心的方式压缩空气,提高发动机的进气密度到2-3个大气压。因此,发动机喷油器可以喷更多的燃油,达到提高发动机升功率的目的。增压器涡壳流道截面形状直接影响增压器涡端的流量、膨胀比和效率,是整个增压器系统的设计要点。文章根据涡壳的气动原理,提出了一种基于流道截面迭代的牛顿下山寻优算法,并结合MATLAB编程,实现了从零截面到整个圆周的求解计算,生成增压器IGS几何模型,最后通过流体有限元分析软件CFX仿真验证该算法的可行性。The turbocharger uses the high temperature exhaust gas from the engine to drive the turbine to rotate.The turbine shaft drives the impeller in the compressor to rotate at a high speed.It compresses the air in a centrifugal way and improves the intake density of the engine to 2-3 atmospheres.Therefore,the engine injector can inject more fuel to improve the engine power.The cross section shape of the turbocharger volute channel directly affects the flow,expansion ratio and efficiency of the turbocharger volute,which is the key of the whole turbocharger system design.Based on the aerodynamic principle of the volute,this paper presents an iterative optimization algorithm for the cross section of the flow passage based on Newton algorithm of going down the mountain.With the help of MATLAB programming,the solution from the zero cross section to the whole circumference is realized,and the IGS geometric model of the supercharger is generated.Finally,the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by the simulation of the fluid finite element analysis software CFX.
