摘  要:针对自由式滑雪竞赛服面料弹性不足的问题,选取7种梭织面料和3种针织面料进行性能测试,运用因子分析法选出综合性能较好的2种面料制作连体和分体款滑雪服,针对8个滑雪关键运动动作进行服装压力的主客观评价。结果表明:连体款滑雪服的主观评价较高,10#针织面料的连体款竞赛服的主观评价平均评分最高,为所制作样衣中穿着最舒适的竞赛服;服装压力客观评价结果为1#梭织面料的服装压最大为9.11 kPa,超出人体舒适压力范围,已影响着装的舒适性,而10#针织面料的服装压最大为4.31 kPa,处于压力舒适性范围内,能够满足自由式滑雪运动的需求,更加适用于竞赛服。Aiming at the problem of insufficient elasticity of freestyle skiing competition clothing fabrics,7 kinds of woven fabrics and 3 kinds of knitted fabrics were selected for performance testing.Factor analysis method was used to select two kinds of fabrics with better comprehensive performance,and one-piece and split ski clothes were made,subjective and objective evaluation of clothing pressure was conducted for 8 key movements.The results show that the subjective evaluation of the one-piece ski suit is relatively high.The average subjective evaluation score of the one-piece ski suit made of 10#knitted fabric was the highest,which is the most comfortable one among the samples.The objective evaluation results show that the maximum clothing pressure of 1#woven fabric is 9.11 kPa,which is beyond the comfortable pressure range of human body and affects the comfort of clothing,while the maximum clothing pressure of 10#knitted fabric is 4.31 kPa,which is within the comfortable pressure range and can meet the needs of freestyle skiing and is more suitable for competition clothing.
