低浓度聚合物水溶液在土压平衡盾构渣土改良中的实践应用

摘　　要：笔者分析了土压平衡盾构施工所需达到的低内摩擦角、低渗透率流塑状态的理想渣土,提出理想渣土应具有高抗水分散性和高保水率的特性。经室内试验定性分析采用低浓度阴离子1600万分子量的聚丙烯酰胺和5000分子量的聚丙烯酰纳混合水溶液对渣土进行综合改良,可以达到塑性状态的理想渣土。提出刀盘前方注入泡沫,刀盘前方中心、土舱中心和土舱上方加入聚合物水溶液的综合渣土改良方法,降低盾构结泥饼和喷涌的概率。此渣土改良方法成功应用于成都轨道交通19号线二期工程,低浓度聚合物水溶液渣土改良方法可在全国范围内推广。In this paper,the ideal slag with low internal friction angle and low permeability is analyzed,and it is proposed that the ideal slag should have the characteristics of high water resistance dispersion and high water retention rate.According to the qualitative analysis of laboratory test,the ideal residue in plastic state can be achieved by using the mixed water solution of low concentration anions 16 million molecular weight polyacrylamide and 5000 molecular weight polyacrylamide sodium.A comprehensive muck improvement method with polymer water solution is added to the front of the cutter head,the center of the cutter head,the center of the cutterhead and the soil tank to reduce the probability of mud cake and gushing.This method has been successfully applied to the second phase project of Chengdu rail transit line 19,and can be popularized in the whole country.
