摘 要:使用熵权TOPSIS法,从创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享5个维度构建了黄河流域高质量发展评价指标体系,运用空间杜宾模型,深入探索了创新要素流动影响城市高质量发展的内在机理.实证研究的结果表明,黄河流域高质量发展总体水平呈上升趋势,且存在正向的空间溢出效应.创新要素流动对城市高质量发展水平具有显著的正向影响,且技术创新效应与产业结构升级效应是其主要途径.进一步研究显示,创新要素流动对城市高质量发展的影响具有显著的异质性.This paper uses the entropy TOPSIS method to construct an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin from the five dimensions:innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.Using the SDM method to deeply explore the mechanism of the flow of innovative elements affecting the high-quality development.The results of the empirical study show that the overall level of high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin is on the rise,and there exists a positive spatial spillover effect.The flow of innovative elements significantly has a positive impact on the level of high-quality development through technological innovation effect and industrial structure upgrading effect.The results of sub-group regression show that the impact of the flow of innovative elements on the high-quality development has significant heterogeneity.
