摘　　要：基于环保政策的愈发严格,国内新上马的涂装线基本均采用了水性B1B2工艺,如何在该工艺条件下获得更加饱满的外观表现是每个汽车厂都需要面临的课题。本文基于水性B1B2紧凑型线体进行展车工艺的探究,探索从前处理电泳、胶线、电泳打磨、面漆等一系列过程的控制跟踪要点,进而稳定高效地完成展车级工艺锁定,也可为后续正常商品车的制备在工艺制定、过程控制、结果跟踪等要点方面提供质量保证方案。Based on the increasingly strict environmental protection policies,the new coating lines in China are basically adopting waterborne B1 B2 process.How to obtain a better appearance via this process is a subject that every automobile factory should take.Based on the waterborne B1 B2 compact coating line,this paper investigates key points related to pretreatment,electrodepostion,glue line,primer sanding and topcoat,etc.and confirms the coating process for exhibition car.This coating process is helful for quality improvement of comercialized cars in terms of process mode,process control and result tracking,etc.
