双向代际支持对老年人住院服务利用的影响路径研究

摘　　要：目的:分析双向代际支持对老年人住院服务利用的影响,并研究双向代际支持的内部转化路径,为相关研究提供参考。方法:利用2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,采用logistic回归分析双向代际支持对老年人住院服务利用的影响,利用通径分析探索双向代际支持的内部转化路径。结果:双向代际支持通过子代照料支持促进老年人住院服务利用。代际情感支持可以直接作用于子代照料支持(β=0.36,P<0.001),也可以通过影响亲代经济支持(β=0.07,P<0.001)、子代经济支持(β=0.29,P<0.001)和亲代照料支持(β=0.20,P<0.001),从而间接作用于子代照料支持。结论:子代照料支持对老年人住院服务利用具有促进作用,而其他代际支持均能作用于子代照料支持,不应忽视其他代际支持对老年人医疗服务利用的间接潜在影响。Objective:To analyze the influence of two-way intergenerational support on the utilization of inpatient services for older adults,and to study the internal transformation path of bidirectional intergenerational support,so as to provide reference for related research.Methods:Using the 2018 China family panel studies,this study used logistic regression to analyze the influence of two-way intergenerational support on the utilization of inpatient services for older adults,and used path analysis to explore the internal transformation path of two-way intergenerational support.Results:Two-way intergenerational support promoted the use of inpatient services for older adults mainly through progeny care support.Intergenerational affective support could directly affect offspring care support(β=0.36,P<0.001),or it could affect parental economic support(β=0.07,P<0.001),offspring economic support(β=0.29,P<0.001)and parental care support(β=0.20,P<0.001).Thus,it indirectly affected the care and support of offspring.Conclusion:Progeny care support can promote the use of hospitalization services for older adults,while other intergenerational support could affect progeny care support.The indirect potential influence of other intergenerational support on the use of inpatient services should not be ignored.
