摘　　要：目的:调查老年人慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)危险因素认知情况并分析不同养老模式对老年人COPD危险因素认知情况的影响,为促进医疗资源与养老服务相结合提供参考。方法:对乌鲁木齐市3种养老模式中老年人进行问卷调查,对数据进行单因素χ^(2)分析、logistic分析、倾向性评分匹配分析。结果:匹配样本前,老年人COPD患病危险因素的知晓人数是574人(52.2%)。经倾向值匹配控制混杂因素后,养老模式对老年人COPD危险因素认知情况表现出显著性差异,机构养老老年人COPD危险因素认知水平高于居家养老、医养结合养老(P<0.05)。结论:老年人COPD危险因素认知水平亟待进一步提高,应加强COPD危险因素普及和健康教育;不同养老模式间COPD的认知情况有差异,应面向不同养老模式老年人制定有针对性的COPD健康教育策略。Objective:To investigate the cognition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)risk factors in the elderly and analyze the effect of different elderly care modes on the cognition of COPD risk factors in the elderly,so as to provide references for promoting the combination of medical resources and elderly care services.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on the elderly under the three elderly care modes in Urumqi.The data was analyzed by single factor chi-square test,logistic analysis,and propensity score matching.Results:Before matching samples,574 elderly patients(52.2%)knew the risk factors of COPD.After the confounding factors were controlled by propensity score matching,there was significant difference in cognition of risk factors of COPD among older adults in elderly care modes.The cognition level of risk factors of COPD among older adults in institutional care was higher than that in home care and medical care integrated care(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cognition level of COPD risk factors in the elderly needs to be further improved,and the popularization of COPD risk factors and health education should be strengthened;the cognition of COPD between different elderly care modes is different.Targeted COPD health education strategies should be developed for the elderly with different elderly care modes.
