摘 要:以大型盖挖地下停车场塔式起重机高承台为研究对象,高承台位于盖挖法施工地下停车场基坑内,原设计为混凝土塔式起重机高承台基础,但由于混凝土高承台存在自重大、后期拆除困难等缺陷,经优化后采用钢结构高承台施工,研究采用Revit软件对塔式起重机钢结构高承台建立三维模型,并采用品茗结构计算软件对钢结构高承台塔式起重机基础在不同荷载作用下结构受力进行分析,结果证明钢结构高承台的稳定可靠性,该方法可同时收获较大的经济和社会效益。Taking the high caps of tower cranes in large-scale covered and excavated underground parking lots as the research object,the high caps are located in the foundation pits of underground parking lots constructed by the cap and excavation method.The original design was a concrete tower crane high cap foundation.However,due to the defects of self-weight and difficulty in later removal of the concrete high caps,after the optimization of the tower,the steel structure high cap is used for construction.The research uses Revit software to establish a threedimensional model of the tower crane steel structure high cap,and the structure stress of steel structure high cap tower crane foundation under different loads is analyzed by using Pinming structure calculation software.The results prove the stability and reliability of the steel structure high platform,and the method can achieve greater economic and social benefits at the same time.
