摘　　要：EPC模式由于可充分发挥承包商的技术、管理等水平,因此作为项目的主要施工模式。近年来,随着信息技术的发展,BIM(建筑信息模型)作为三维可视化建模技术,使得建筑信息更加可视化、信息化。基于BIM技术,介绍在EPC项目模式下办公自动化管理系统的应用,为BIM技术在工程项目管理中的应用提供了参考。EPC mode can give full play to the contractor’s technology,management and other levels,so it becomes the main construction project.In recent years,with the development of information technology,BIM(building information model),as a three-dimensional visualization modeling technology,makes building information more visual and informatized.Based on BIM technology,the paper introduces the application of office automation management system in EPC project mode,which provides a reference for the application of BIM technology in project management.
