摘　　要：设计–建造(DB)总承包模式由承包商提供设计、施工的一体化服务,越来越受到国际工程项目业主的青睐,该模式在新建项目中的占比越来越高。设计管理是DB项目管理的龙头,对控制工程项目成本、进度影响巨大。结合以色列轨道交通DB项目设计管理,对如何提高设计管理水平、发挥设计管理在DB项目管理中的核心作用进行讨论研究。Design-Build(DB)contracting mode,in which contractors provide integrated services of design and construction,is more and more favored by international project owners,and accounts for an increasing proportion of new projects. Design management is the leading part of DB project management,which has a great influence on controlling project cost and schedule. Based on the design management of Israel metro DB project,the paper discusses and studies how to improve the level of design management and play the core role of design management in DB project management.
