家庭整合式照护模式对NICU早产儿发育情况及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析家庭整合式照护模式对新生儿监护病房(NICU)早产儿发育情况及生存质量的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年10月徐州市贾汪区人民医院NICU收入的90例早产儿为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各45例。对照组采取常规NICU护理,观察组于NICU护理中实施家庭整合式照护模式。分别于收入NICU时及转出NICU时测定两组的新生儿神经行为评分(NBNA)、体格发育指标(头围、身高、体重)以及早产儿家属的生存质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)评分并进行对比。结果收入NICU时两组的NBNA评分、体格发育指标、早产儿家属的QOL-BREF评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);转出NICU时两组的NBNA评分、体格发育指标、早产儿家属的QOL-BREF评分高于收入NICU时,且观察组转出NICU时的NBNA评分、体格发育指标、早产儿家属的QOL-BREF评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭整合式照护模式有助于提高NICU早产儿发育情况及早产儿家属生存质量,值得在护理工作中推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of family integrated care model on the development and quality of life of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods A total of 90 premature infants from the NICU of People’s Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou from February 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.Using the random number table method,they were divide into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group took regular NICU care,and the observation group implemented the family integrated care model in NICU care.The premature infants’neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA),physical development indicators(head circumference,height,weight),and quality of life-BREF(QOL-BREF)of the family members were measured and and compared between two groups when they were admitted to the NICU and when they were transferred out of the NICU.Results There were no significant differences in NBNA scores,physical development indicators,and QOLBREF scores of family members of premature infants between the two groups when they were admitted to the NICU(P>0.05).The NBNA scores,physical development indicators,and QOL-BREF scores of family members of premature infants when transferred from NICU were higher than those when admitted to the NICU,and NBNA scores,physical development indicators,and QOL-BREF scores of family members of premature infants in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The family integrated care model can help improve the development of NICU premature infants and the quality of life of their families,and it is worthy of promotion and use in future nursi ng work.
