摘  要:以桐油酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸辛酯等为共聚单体,过硫酸钾-亚硫酸钠为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠-壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚为乳化剂,采用种子乳液聚合法共聚合成桐油改性苯-丙乳液树脂。考察了聚合乳液的单体桐油酸的含量、乳化剂与引发剂的用量、反应温度与时间等单因素对乳液性能。采用响应面分析法优化桐油改性合成工艺条件。响应面法优化提出了较佳的合成工艺条件:桐油酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯=1.2︰22︰20(质量比),乳化剂含量为5%,引发剂用量0.6%,反应温度85℃,滴加反应时间2 h,保温时间2 h,单体转化率可达到98.2%。With tung-oil acid, styrene, butyl acrylate as copolymers monomers, potassium persulphate-sodium sulfite as initiator, sodium dodecyl sulphate-nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether as emulsifier, the tung oil modified styrene-acrylic emulsion resin was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The effects of monomer tung oil acid content, amount of emulsifier and initiator, reaction temperature and time on emulsion performance were discussed. the process conditions for the synthesis of tung oil acid modified acrylate emulsion by response surface methodology was optimized. The optimum conditions were as follows:the quality of tung oil acid, styrene, acrylic acid ester ratio 1.2:22:20, emulsifier content is 5%, 0.6% dosage of initiator, reaction temperature of 85℃ and 2 h reaction time, heat preservation time 2h, monomer conversion rate can reach 98.2%.
