摘  要:本文通过双螺杆挤出机将碳酸钙母粒与PBAT熔融共混制成均相材料,研究了不同碳酸钙含量对PBAT机械、物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳酸钙含量的增加,PBAT的断裂伸长率、拉伸强度整体呈下降趋势,当碳酸钙母粒含量为40%时,PBAT断裂伸长率降低了59.68%,拉伸强度降低了56.19%;冲击强度随碳酸钙含量的增加呈现上升趋势,当碳酸钙母粒含量40%时,PBAT冲击强度升高了46.52%;碳酸钙含量的增加对PBAT的维卡软化温度影响不大;PBAT的密度随着碳酸钙含量的增加而增大,当碳酸钙母粒含量为40%时,密度为1.44 g/cm^(3),升高了19%。Calcium carbonate masterbatch and PBAT was melt blended into homogeneous materials by twin-screw extruder. The effects of different calcium carbonate content on the mechanical and physical properties of PBAT were studied. The results showed that the elongation at break and tensile strength of PBAT decreased with the increase of calcium carbonate content. When the content of calcium carbonate masterbatch was 40 %, the elongation at break and tensile strength of PBAT decreased by 59.68 % and 56.19 %. The impact strength increased with the increase of calcium carbonate content. When the content of calcium carbonate masterbatch was 40 %, the impact strength of PBAT increased by 46.52 %. The increase of calcium carbonate content has little effect on the Vicat softening temperature of PBAT. The density of PBAT increased with the increase of calcium carbonate content. When the content of calcium carbonate masterbatch was 40 %,the density was 1.44 g/cm^(3), an increase of 19 %.
