摘 要:引导骨组织再生术(GBR)是通过膜材料引导骨再生修复骨缺损的一种治疗技术,而GBR膜是决定其临床效果的主要因素之一,也是该领域的重点关注内容。GBR膜根据其降解特性分为可吸收膜和不可吸收膜,根据其材料构成分为合成高分子聚合类、天然高分子聚合类、金属类、无机化合物类。理想的GBR膜应具备细胞排斥作用、空间维持作用、支架作用、稳定作用、生物相容性等特点。GBR膜在水平骨增量和垂直骨增量中的临床应用有所不同。目前GBR膜的前沿热点主要在于抗菌性、成骨性的改良以及功能梯度膜的研究。本文将对GBR膜的分类、理想特性、临床应用及前沿热点进行论述。GBR(guided bone tissue regeneration) is a therapeutic procedure that uses membrane materials to direct bone regeneration to heal bone defects. The GBR membrane is one of the most important components that determines its clinical effect, and it is also a major problem in therapeutic procedure. According to their degrading properties, GBR films can be classified as absorbable or non-absorbable, and their material composition can be classified as synthetic polymer polymers, natural polymer polymers, metals, or inorganic compounds. Cell rejection, space maintenance, scaffold, stability, biocompatibility, and other properties should all be present in an ideal GBR membrane. In horizontal bone increment, the clinical application of GBR membrane differs from that in vertical bone increment.At present, the frontier hotspots of GBR films includes the improvement of antibacterial and osteogenic properties, as well as the study of functionally graded membranes. This article will discuss the classification, ideal properties, clinical application and frontier hotspots of GBR films.
