摘 要:目的:一种散剂中甘草薄层色谱方法的建立。方法:采用薄层色谱法,对散剂中甘草进行鉴别研究,以甘草酸单铵盐作为对照,并对不同前处理方法、不同的点样量、不同展开系统、不同薄层板、不同湿度、不同展距等进行了考察。结果:甘草薄层色谱分离较好,斑点清晰,阴性试验无干扰。结论:研究所建立的方法操作简便,专属性强,耐用性好,可以用于此散剂中甘草的鉴别。Objective: to establish a TLC method for Glycyrrhiza uralensis in powder. Methods: the identification of licorice in powder was studied by TLC, with monoammonium glycyrrhizinate as the control. Different pretreatment methods, different sample amounts, different development systems, different thin-layer plates,different humidity and different exhibition distances were investigated. Results: the separation of Licorice by TLC was good, the spots were clear, and there was no interference in the negative test. Conclusion: the established method is simple, specific and durable. It can be used for the identification of licorice in this powder.
