摘  要:课程思政是当前高校思想政治工作的新理念,是培养高等教育"立德树人"这一根本任务的重要途径。蛋白质与生命的起源、存在和进化有着密切的联系,蛋白质的测定涉及到生产和生活的各个领域,本文以生物化学与分子生物学实验-蛋白质定量测定为例,根据实验内容和教育内涵,充分挖掘教程中蕴含的思政元素,寻找思政元素和专业教程的契合点,探讨思政教育润物无声融入生化实验教学的过程。Curriculum ideological and political education is a new concept of Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities, and an important way to cultivate the fundamental task of “Building Morality and cultivating talents” in higher education. Protein is closely related to the origin, existence and evolution of life. Protein detection involves all fields of production and life. This paper takes biochemistry and molecular biology experiment protein quantitative detection as an example, according to the experimental content and educational connotation, fully excavates the ideological and political elements contained in the course, and explore the conjunction of Ideological and political elements and professional courses, integrate the process of Ideological and political education into biochemical experiment teaching.
