摘 要:以富铁赤泥熔分渣为原料,通过分析其化学成分及构成,制定试验方案,研究了温度、液固比及盐酸浓度对钪浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:随着温度升高、液固比及盐酸浓度的提高,钪浸出率逐渐提高。在90℃、盐酸浓度为10mol/L、液固比为12∶1时,浸出3h后,钪浸出率达到99.81%,几乎完全浸出。该研究为提取钪金属提供了一种新的工艺方法。The experiments were carried out to study the influence of temperature,liquid-solid ratio and hydrochloric acid concentration to scandium leaching rate.The results show that the leaching rate of scandium increases gradually with the increase of temperature,liquid-solid ratio and hydrochloric acid concentration.At 90℃,hydrochloric acid concentration of 10mol/L and liquid-solid ratio of 12∶1,the scandium leaching rate can be reached as high as 99.81%after 3 hours,and the scandium is almost leached out completely.It has provided a new technology of scandium leaching by this research.
