摘　　要：宝钢德盛1780mm热轧平整机项目,自动控制系统全新升级改造,采用西门子最新控制系统SIMATIC S7-1500更新原系统,利用2台S7-CPU1518控制器实现全部平整机控制功能,此控制系统在热轧平整机自动控制应用是国内首例,控制系统主要功能包括:作业线速度控制、作业线张力控制、作业线轧机上推控制等。目前系统运行状况非常稳定,达到工艺考核指标,生产顺利,完全满足现场生产的要求。The automatic control system of Baosteel Desheng 1780mm hot rolling temper mill project is newly upgraded.The original system is updated with the latest Siemens control system SIMATIC S7-1500,and two S7-cpu1518 controllers are used to realize all the control functions of the temper mill.This control system is the first in China.The main functions of the control system include:operation line speed control,tension control of operation line,push up control of rolling mill of operation line,etc.At present,the operation of the system is very stable,reaches the process assessment index,the production is smooth,and fully meets the requirements of on-site production.
