废边再利用卷取设备设计

摘　　要：针对现有无张力卷取生产方式废卷中废边的表面质量被破坏的缺陷,开发了一种不锈钢废边再利用卷取设备。该设备卷成后的废卷中,废边层层堆叠,基本无压弯、对折、表面凹凸等缺陷,使废边保持了较高的板面质量,提高了废边的产品附加值,促进了废边的循环再利用。Aiming at the defect that the surface quality of the waste edge in the waste coil of the existing tension-free coiling production mode is damaged,a stainless steel waste edge reuse coiling equipment is developed.In the waste roll rolled by the equipment,the waste edge is stacked layer by layer,basically without bending,folding,surface concave convex and other defects,so that the waste edge maintains a high plate surface quality,improves the product added value of the waste edge,and promotes the recycling of the waste edge.
