摘  要:在国家对整个行业去产能化的要求下,进行智能化革新几乎成为推动钢铁行业实现高质量转型的关键因素。在型钢生产线上,轧机的换辊早已采用自动换辊设备,然而,在高速棒材生产线上,依然大多采用人工操作行车吊运的方式,导致换辊时间长,工人作业量大,效率低。本文介绍一种用于高速棒材生产线精轧区域的短应力线轧机自动换辊装置,能够代替人工实现自动换辊,更能远程操控调整辊缝和更换工作孔槽,极大提高了自动化程度及生产效率。Under our country’s requirements for the de-capacity of the entire industry,intelligent innovation has almost become a key factor in promoting the high-quality transformation of the steel industry.On the structural steel production line,the roll changer of the rolling mill has already adopted automatic roll change equipment.However,on the high-speed bar production line,manual operation is still the most common method,which leads to long roll change time,heavy workload and low efficiency.This article introduces an automatic roll changing device for short-stress path mills used in finishing rolling zone of high-speed bar production lines.It can replace manual rolls for automatic roll change.Moreover,it can realize roll gap adjustment and hole slot replacement through automatic control.All the above functions can enormously improve the degree of automation and production efficiency.
