摘  要:燃烧器是热风炉的核心,以恒盛铸业1350m3高炉配置的第二代卡鲁金式热风炉陶瓷燃烧器为研究对象,通过分析燃烧器工作原理,损坏形式,找出薄弱环节,有针对性地展开设计,优化布置喷口砖角度和气体孔道面积,实现气体的高效混合,选择合适耐火材料,并重新设计喷口砖,以实现燃烧器的长期稳定运行,同时优化了承重结构、强化施工管理,一系列措施的应用保证了燃烧器高质量交工并按时投入生产。Burner is a critical component of hot-blast stove.This paper studys on the ceramic burner which applied to kalugin second generation hot-blast stove for 1350 m3 blast furnace of Hengsheng cast company,weak part were found by analyze the burner working principle and its damaged state,pertinent design were carried out,optimizing angle of jet brick and area of air outlet to realize gas efficient mixture,select suitable material and redesign jet brick to guarantee burner in service long-term steadily;optimizing bearing structure and strengthening construction management,all the measures were adopted to make the burner come into service in time with highquality.
