摘　　要：由于国家发展基建工程以及施工环境越来越恶劣,预应力钢材作为桥梁、铁路、公路不可缺少的材料,抗腐蚀性能愈发受到各方重视。试验机是进行各种试验研究的基本设备,由于试验研究的不同需求,各种试验机也随即产生。应力腐蚀试验机是针对预应力混凝土用钢材抗腐蚀性能设计的试验设备,但现存设备存在夹持样品滑移、无拉伸检测等问题,早已不能适应现有市场需求。本文针对该试验机进行应变检测、夹具改造等方面的技术改造,使该设备在满足国家标准要求的基础上,扩展了一些实用功能。Due to the national development of infrastructure projects and the increasingly bad construction environment,prestressed steel,as an indispensable material for Bridges,railways and highways,has attracted more and more attention from all sides for its anti-corrosion performance.The testing machine is the basic equipment for all kinds of experimental research.Because of the different needs of the experimental research,all kinds of testing machines are produced immediately.Stress corrosion testing machine is designed for the corrosion resistance of prestressed concrete steel test equipment,but the existing equipment has the problem of clamping sample slip,no tensile testing,has long been unable to adapt to the existing market demand.In this paper,the testing machine for strain detection,fixture transformation and other aspects of technical transformation,so that the equipment to meet the requirements of the national standard on the basis of some practical functions extended.
