摘　　要：公共图书馆读者证管理和智慧化发展在技术产业革命环境下的重要性与日俱增,结合15个副省级城市公共图书馆读者证管理现状,阐述现阶段不同类型读者证的发展趋势。从管理和智慧化发展的角度分析各类型读者证的读者类型、安全监管、信用体系和个性化服务。根据智慧公共图书馆用户服务方式和需求的变化,归纳智慧公共图书馆读者证的发展模式及特点,建议开展多方协作,联动征信系统,逐步建设身份证、社保卡读者证体系,做好智慧公共图书馆读者的精准服务。The significance of library card management and intelligence development of public libraries is increasing day by day in the environment of technological industrial revolution.With the examples of the current situation of library card management of public libraries in 15 sub-provincial cities, this paper elaborates the development trend of different categories of library cards nowadays.From the perspective of management and intelligence development, this paper analyzes the reader types, safety supervision, credit system and personalized service of various categories of library cards.According to the changes of smart public library’s service modes and readers’ demands, this paper summarizes the development modes and characteristics of library card in smart public library, and proposes to carry out multi-party cooperation, to link credit system to build a library card system gradually integrated with ID card and social security card, and to optimize accurate service for readers in smart public library.
