吉林省高校图书馆空间服务现状调查与分析

摘　　要：文章采用网络调查、文献调研等方法,对吉林省高校图书馆的空间服务现状进行调查,从空间服务栏目、类型等方面进行统计分析。调研发现:空间服务栏目的显示度不够;部分图书馆空间服务类型单一;多数图书馆尚未形成完善的空间服务体系;智慧体验和艺术体验空间的设施较少。高校图书馆空间服务的发展策略是:升华理念,更好发挥图书馆的教育职能;读者画像,进行空间的科学规划与布局;整合资源,建设数据主导的数字资源体系;多维育人,提升馆员的业务能力水平;技术支撑,构建开放互联的数字化生态平台。Through the methods of network investigation and literature research, this paper investigates the current situation of space service of university libraries in Jilin Province, and makes a statistical analysis from the aspects of space service headings, types and so on.After the survey, it is found that: the display of space service content is insufficient;the space type of some libraries is single;most libraries have not yet formed a perfect space service system;and there are few facilities for wisdom experience and art experience space.The strategies of space service are proposed: improving the guiding ideology and better realizing the educational function of the library;applying user personas, designing and distributing space scientifically;integrating resources and building a digital resource system dominated by data;implementing a multidimensional education to improve the professional ability of librarians;and building an open and interconnected digital ecological platform.
