摘　　要：目的了解玉溪市居民死亡现状、主要死因及对期望寿命的影响,为制定疾病预防控制措施和方向提供科学依据。方法采用SPSS 17.0和死因监测数据分析工具对玉溪市居民2019年的死亡数据进行统计学分析。结果玉溪市2019年死亡人数15 190例,男性8 658例,女性6 532例,全人群死亡率为637.96/10万,男性死亡率为708.52/10万,女性死亡率为563.58/10万,男性死亡率高于女性(P <0.01)。前5位死因为脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、损伤和中毒,占总死亡构成的79.90%;男性呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤及损伤和中毒死亡率均高于女性(P <0.01)。2019年玉溪市居民人均期望寿命为77.47岁,男性74.93岁,女性80.37岁。去除前5位死因,总人群期望寿命可提高8.99岁,男性期望寿命可提高9.00岁,女性期望寿命可提高8.08岁。2019年死亡导致玉溪居民早死寿命损失(YLL)为327 441人年,男性YLL为207 975人年,女性YLL为120 558人年。结论恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病及损伤和中毒是影响居民健康、造成居民早死和影响人均期望寿命的主要原因。Objective To understand the status of death,the main causes of death and the impact on life expectancy of residents in Yuxi city,so as to provide a scientific basis for the development of disease prevention and control measures and direction. Methods SPSS 17.0 software and data monitor analysis tool were used to import data of residents of Yuxi city and conduct statistic analysis. Results A total of 15 190 deaths were reported in Yuxi city in 2019,including 8 658 males and 6 532 females.The mortality was 637.96/10^(5),the mortality of male(708.52/10^(5))was higher than that of female(563.58/10^(5)).The top 5 causes of death were cerebrovascular diseases,respiratory diseases,malignant tumors,heart disease and unintentional injuries,which accounted for 79.90%of all deaths.All of mortality of male respiratory diseases,malignant tumors and unintentional injuries were higher than that of female.The life expectancy of Yuxi city in 2019 was77.47 years,males’ was 74.93 years and females’ was 80.37 years.If the 5 main factors were eliminated,the life expectancy would increase by 8.99 years,male life expectancy would increase by 9.00 years and female life expectancy would increase by 8.08 years.Estimated years of life loss(YLLs)due to these diseases of Yuxi city in 2019 was 327 441 years,in which YLLs of male was 207 975 years and YLLs of female was 120 558 years. Conclusion Malignant tumors,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and injuries and poisoning are the main causes that affect the health of residents,cause early death of residents and affect the average life expectancy.
