摘 要:目的了解临沂市蚊、蝇、鼠、蟑螂的种群、密度和季节消长规律,为预防和控制病媒生物性传染病提供科学依据。方法 2020年1~11月对临沂市部分监测点采集蚊、蝇、鼠和蟑螂进行监测,成蚊采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯法,蝇类采用笼诱法,鼠类采用夹夜法,蟑螂采用粘捕法。结果 2020年成蚊密度为2.77只/(灯·h),淡色(致倦)库蚊为优势蚊种,占87.09%;7月成蚊密度达高峰,为7.39只/(灯·h);蚊密度以牲畜圈最高7.79只/(灯·h)。蝇密度为2.42只/笼,优势蝇种为家蝇,占81.05%;8月蝇密度最高,为5.31只/笼;蝇密度以农贸市场最高6.03只/笼。共捕鼠117只,捕获率为1.79%。其中褐家鼠为优势鼠种,占58.97%。蟑螂侵害率为2.64%,密度为0.14只/张,德国小蠊为优势种群,占95.96%;蟑螂密度以超市和居民区最高,分别为0.38只/张和0.35只/张。结论临沂市蚊、蝇、鼠、蟑螂的密度处于较低水平,发生生物危害的风险较低。Objective To understand the population,density,seasonal fluctuation of vectors(mosquitoes,flies,rodents,cockroaches)in Linyi city,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of diseases infected by vectors.Methods The mosquitoes,flies,rodents and cockroaches was collected in some monitoring points in Linyi city during January-November,2020.Lamp traps,cage traps,mouse traps and glue traps were adopted respctively to monitor the density of mosquitoes,flies,rodents and cockroaches. Results In 2020,the density of adult mosquitoes was 2.77 per lamp per hour and reached the peak in July(7.39 per lamp per hour).Culex pipiens pallen was the major mosquitoe in Linyi,accounting for 87.09%in 2020.In different habitats,the highest density of mosquitoe appeared in live-stock shed(7.79 per lamp per hour).The density of flies was 2.42 per cage and showed a peak in August(5.31 per cage).Musca domestica was the dominant fly,accounting for 81.05%of the total flies.Among different environments,the density of flies in farmer’s market was highest(6.03 per cage).A total of 117 rodents were captured in 2020 with the capture rate of 1.79%.The dominant specie was Rattus norvegicus(58.97%).The infestation rate of cockroaches was 2.64%.The density of cockroaches was 0.14 insects per sheet.Blattella germanica was the dominant specie accounting for 95.96%.Among the habitats,supermarkets and residential areas held higher density(0.38 insects per sheet and 0.35 insects per sheet respetivey). Conclusion The density of vectors including mosquitoes,flies,rodents and cockroaches is at a low level,which is difficult to trigger biohazard.
