摘  要:分别采用电加热法和微波法对锅炉水系统和循环水系统的水垢进行消解,然后用原子吸收火焰法测定其中钙、镁、铜、铁、锌的含量,检测结果表明垢样采用电加热消解和微波消解的相对标准偏差均低于2%,加标回收率为89%~108%,两种消解方法结果差异不显著。电加热消解法和微波消解法都可作为垢样的前处理方法,可根据实际需要进行选择。The scales of boiler water supply system and circulating water system were digested by electric heating method and microwave method.The samples were tested by atomic absorption flame method to determine the amount of calcium,magnesium,copper,iron and zinc.The RSD of the detection result was lower than 2%.The spike recovery was around 89%to 108%.There was no significant difference between the two digestion methods.Both electric heating digestion method and microwave digestion method can be used as pretreatment methods of scales,which can be selected according to the actual needs.
