摘  要:模具拆装虚拟实训室的出现以及应用,为现代制造业指明了综合实践的发展方向,是对传统实验模式的一种完善和补充.基于Virtools的模具拆装教学虚拟实训室进行研究与开发:首先,对模具拆装教学虚拟实训室的设计思路分析,通过模具拆装虚拟实训场景编辑,数据库以及交互脚本设计,并利用Virtools中Boolean运算构建实训室模型.最后,通过GetCell图化实训单元实现虚拟实训室的开发.通过实例分析得出:在不同的虚拟序列区域中,得出的实测负载结果随着序列响应值的增加而逐渐减少,表明模具拆装教学虚拟实训室的综合应用效果有所提升,效果更佳,具有一定的实际应用价值.Nowadays,the appearance and application of virtual training room for mold dis-assembly and assembly have moved in the development direction of comprehensive practice for modern manufacturing industry,and it is also a perfection and supplement to the traditional experimental mode.Therefore,the virtual training room for mold dis-assembly and assembly teaching based on Virtools is studied and developed.Firstly,the design idea of virtual training room for mold dis-assembly and assembly teaching is analyzed.Through editing the virtual training scene of mold dis-assembly and assembly,designing the database and interactive script,and using Boolean operation in Virtools to build the training room model,finally,the virtual training room is developed through GetCell graphical training unit.In the case analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:in different virtual sequence areas,the measured load results gradually decrease with the increase of sequence response value,which indicates that the comprehensive application effect of the virtual training room for mold dis-assembly and assembly teaching has been improved,and the effect is better,which has certain practical application value.
