摘  要:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对惠州学院体育专业2017-2020级学生篮球裁判员培训实践开展的情况进行调查探究.结果表明:高校学生篮球裁判的水平是高校篮球专业教学效果的重要体现,传统单一的培养方法,已无法适应社会对篮球裁判专业人才的要求.为适应社会发展,培养更多高水平的篮球裁判员,需要对体育专业篮球裁判培养模式进行改革.建议:成立篮球裁判协会,固定篮球裁判学习的课时数,聘请专业教师指导各级篮球裁判员的培训,激励学生考取裁判证,促进学校篮球裁判培训实践规范化、系统化.Using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,the training practice of basketball referees for students majoring in physical education at Huizhou university in 2017-2020 is investigated and explored.The results show that the level of basketball referees for college students is the focus of basketball teaching in colleges and universities.It is necessary to show that the traditional single training method can no longer meet the social requirements for basketball referee professionals.In order to adapt to the social development and to cultivate more high-level basketball referees,the existing basketball referee training model needs to be reformed.Suggestions are as follows:establish a basketball referee association to formulate detailed rules for recruitment,training and practice;the relatively fixed number of hours for basketball referees to learn in basketball professional courses;hire professional teachers to guide the training of basketball referees at all levels and lead students out of school for referee practice,encourage students to get referee certificates,and promote the standardized and systematic training practices for school basketball referees.
