摘　　要：以文献分析和计量统计为主要方法,梳理中国土地利用与生态系统服务价值评估研究进展,分析目前存在的主要问题。结果表明:在评估国内各类、各区域土地生态系统服务价值的基础上,中国已经形成了较为完善的生态系统服务价值评估理论与方法体系,并逐步把研究结果应用到了生态补偿、自然资源资产核算、土地利用规划和土地整理等方面,实现了理论方法研究向应用实践的转化;生态系统服务价值评估在理论、方法和应用实践上仍存在诸多问题,应在厘清生态系统各服务类型、明确生态系统分类与土地利用分类之间的联系、清晰界定服务对象及受益范围、构建统一的评估标准体系等方面深入研究。Based on literature statistics and econometric statistics,research progress on land use and ecosystem service value assessment in China was reviewed,and main existing problems were analyzed.The results show that based on assessment of national land ecosystem service value of various types and regions,China has formed a relatively perfect ecosystem service value assessment theory and method system,and gradually applied the results into ecological compensation,natural resource assets accounting,land use planning,and land consolidation,and realized the transformation from theoretical research to application practice.There are still many problems in theory,method,and application practice of ecosystem service value assessment.The further study should be to clarify the types of ecosystem service,determine the relationship between ecosystem and land use classification,clearly define the service object and benefit scope,and build a unified evaluation standard system.
