摘 要:为了探索多学科交叉融合的复合型人才培养模式和路径,井冈山大学生命科学学院在构建多学科交叉融合的复合型人才培养体系和提高复合型人才培养质量方面进行了深入的探索与实践。树立多学科交叉融合培养复合型人才的理念,打造多学科交叉融合的高水平师资队伍,整合多学科交叉融合的复合型人才培养课程体系,构建多学科交叉融合的复合型人才培养实践教学体系,建立多学科交叉融合的实践教学平台,塑造多方协同多学科交叉的复合型人才培养的第二课堂育人体系。经过多年的人才培养改革实践证明,这些措施和做法有力地提高了复合型人才的培养质量,学生创新创业和实践动手能力明显提升,取得了显著的人才培养效果。In order to explore the mode and pathway for training inter-disciplinary and multidisciplinary intersection talents,the School of Life Sciences in Jinggangshan University conducted in-depth studies and practices in building talent cultivation system of multidisciplinary intersection and training interdisciplinary talents.We established a multidisciplinary cross fusion concept of training interdisciplinary talents,employed a high level of interdisciplinary teaching staff,integrated a multidisciplinary curriculum system,constructed a multidisciplinary practice teaching system,established a multidisciplinary practice teaching platform and shaped a second classroom education system of multi-disciplinary cooperation.It has been proved by the practice of talent training reform for many years that these reforms and practices have effectively improved the quality of interdisciplinary talents and the students’ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,and remarkable talent training effect has been achieved.
