摘  要:本文采用浓硝酸酸化碳纳米管,并通过正硅酸乙酯在碳纳米管表面接枝大量羟基,然后通过加入硅烷偶联剂KH550,形成表面被包覆的碳纳米管;再以聚乳酸(PLA)为主体、聚β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)为辅料、碳纳米管为增强体,采用哈克密炼机制备PLA/PHB/碳纳米管复合材料。通过红外吸收光谱、电铣扫描、微型燃烧量热计、毛细管流变仪、维卡软化温度测试仪等对复合材料进行表征。实验结果表明:碳纳米管表面上接枝了大量的官能团;加入弹性体PHB之后,材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、断裂伸长率提高,静弯曲强度下降;再加入少量的碳纳米管之后,复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度和静弯曲强度都有很大的提升,断裂伸长率下降;加入PHB之后,体系的表观粘度更受剪切速率的影响;加入碳纳米管之后,体系的表观粘度增大,体系的热稳定性增强。In this paper,we use concentrated nitric acid to acidify carbon nanotubes and graft a large number of hydroxyl groups onto carbon nanotubes through ethyl orthosilicate,then form coated carbon nanotubes by adding silane coupling agent KH 550,and then take polylactic acid(PLA)as the main body.PLA/PHB/carbon nanotube composites were prepared by means of a Hackmie mixer with poly(β-hydroxybutyrate)as excipient and carbon nanotubes as reinforcements.TTie composite was characterized by infrared absorption spectrum,scanning electron microscope,micro combustion calorimeter,capillary rheometer,VEKA softening temperature tester and so on.Hie experimental results show that a large number of functional groups are grafted on the surface of carbon nanotubes,and the tensile strength,impact strength,elongation at break and static bending strength of the materials increase with the addition of the elastomer PHB,and the static bending strength decreases with the addition of a small amount of carbon nanotubes."The tensile strength,impact strength and static bending strength of the composites were greatly improved,and the elongation at break decreased.After adding PHB,the apparent viscosity of the composites was more affected by the shear rate,and after the addition of carbon nanotubes,the apparent viscosity of the composites was more affected by the shear rate.Tlie apparent viscosity of the system increases and the thermal stability of the system increases.
