摘  要:随着社会经济的快速发展,各种形状复杂的标志性建筑不断涌现,包括碗形和其他不规则形状的混凝土建筑,对建筑技术提出了很高的要求。传统的现浇混凝土施工工艺难以实现空间定位的精确控制。另外,模板数量大,混凝土浇筑工作量大,整体施工效果差。以乌兰察布市集宁万达广场碗状混凝土结构为例,提出了外挂网钢框架喷塑施工技术,即利用BIM设计钢框架,在主体上挂网,采用分层喷塑技术,较好地解决了空间定位、曲率精度控制和工艺流程复杂的技术问题。With rapid development of social economy,various symbolic buildings with complex shapes are emerging,including bowl shaped and other irregular concrete buildings,and high requirements for architectural technology are put forward.The traditional cast-in-situ concrete construction technology is difficult to realize the accurate control of spatial positioning.In addition,the number of formwork is large,the concrete pouring workload is large,and the overall construction effect is poor.Taking the bowl shaped concrete structure of Jining Wanda Square in Ulanqab city as an example,the plastic spraying construction technology of steel frame with external hanging net is proposed,that is,BIM is used to design the steel frame,mesh is hung on the main body,and layered plastic spraying technology is adopted,which better solves the technical problems of spatial positioning,curvature accuracy control and complex process flow.
