摘  要:近年来,利用海上漂浮式风电平台开发风电资源逐渐成为能源开发的重要发展方向之一。动态海缆作为风机与静态海底电缆间的连接装置,是海上能源输送系统的关键设备。在动态海缆运行过程中,其往往面临着电—热—机械等多种失效因素,这对动态海缆的关键材料尤其是绝缘材料的性能提出了更高的要求。文中针对一种超纯净均聚抗水树交联聚乙烯材料进行研究,结合动态海缆可能面临的失效风险因素,对绝缘材料的机械性能、电气性能及耐温性能进行测试,验证材料作为动态海缆绝缘材料的适用性。In recent years,developing wind power resources by offshore floating wind power platform has gradually become one of the important directions of energy development.As the connecting device between wind turbine and static submarine cable,dynamic submarine cable is the key equipment of offshore energy transmission system.During the operation period,the dynamic submarine cable is often affected by such multiple failure factors as electricthermal-mechanical fatigue,which puts forward higher requirements for the properties of key materials of dynamic submarine cable,with the properties of insulation material in particular.In this paper,a kind of ultra-pure homopolymer water tree retardant cross-linked polyethylene material is studied.Based on the possible failure factors of dynamic submarine cable,the mechanical,electrical and temperature resistance properties are tested to verify its applicability to dynamic submarine cable.
